Inside the ADHD Studio
Exploring ADHD through sound, rhythm, and flow.
Welcome to Inside the ADHD Studio
Inside the ADHD Studio is an interactive resource that invites you to step inside the experience of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Through four creative “rooms,” you’ll explore how ADHD shapes time, focus, emotion, and planning — not as flaws, but as different ways of processing the world.
About the Studio
Inside the ADHD Studio began as a creative–academic project exploring what ADHD feels like from the inside out.
Rather than describing symptoms, it uses the metaphor of a recording studio — a space where ideas, emotions, and attention are mixed, edited, and replayed.
Each “room” represents a different executive function: how we manage time, self-talk, emotion, and planning.
By turning those inner processes into something you can visualise, the studio aims to bridge the gap between psychological theory and lived experience.
